What does ‘T’ stand for?
Everyone talks about learning from when things go wrong. People say it's the best way to learn, but it's not always easy. The DIGR-ACT® solution gives you a way. By taking you through the issue to the root cause, actions and then making sure the actions work, you have learned from the issue. Maybe your learning can be transferred to others? Perhaps the same problem happens to other people too?
That's why the last step of the DIGR-ACT® solution is ‘T’ for ‘Transfer Knowledge,’ a chance to take stock of what was learned and see if there are others who can benefit. After defining the issue, determining what is and is not, going step-by-step, developing the likely root cause, going beyond immediate actions, and checking for completion and effectiveness, the next essential step is to transfer knowledge about what you learned. Rather than simply addressing the result, spending time to dig into transferring knowledge gained can stop the cycle.
Are you finding yourself on the wrong road, reacting to problems by continually retraining, but noticing the problems still occur? Find out how to dig into transferring the knowledge learned effectively and follow the right road with the DIGR-ACT® solution!
