The 6th Annual Clinical Research Symposium, Study Optimization: Strategies to Enhance Recruitment, Monitoring, and Trial Performance.

Event Description:
Conducting clinical research trials is a complex web that involves multiple processes, procedures, experts, stakeholders, electronic systems, resources, regulations…and a potential for modifications to all of the above. This symposium aims to look at strategies for optimizing the clinical research experience for all involved through successful study planning and conduct, which will lead to improved site performance and sponsor oversight. We will examine what key performance metrics tell us about which strategies are most effective to optimize trial design, subject recruitment and retention, monitoring, and overall trial performance.
